<description>I am a 24 years old female and was diagnosed with arthritis in my back two years ago. My doctor has told me that apparently its the &quot;good arthritis&quot;, but i really do not know what the differences is between the one i have and the other 76 types. however, I have recently started taking Thai Boxing classes. I have been told by various people that it is vey bad for someone who has arthritis, that in 10 years time will get knee tromps and just in general its not recommended to someone who suffers from arthritis, especially at my age. Could you please tell me if this is the case, if it is really not recommended and if i should stop training.
